ELTC offers a range of English language courses throughout the year for both short and longer periods of study. Our courses are taught by highly qualified, experienced teachers. ELTC is part of the University of Sheffield and has high professional standards combined with a friendly atmosphere. ELTC has its own classrooms and resources areas, and students have full access to the University’s excellent facilities. ELTC is situated a short distance from Sheffield city centre. Sheffield is a lively, friendly city with an excellent safety record. The city is close to a beautiful National Park.

Accommodation

Homestay:	£105 per week plus one payment of agency fee of £30.
Residental Catered:	Normally summer only, £115.50 per week. Short-term contracts may be available at other times of the year.
Residental Self Catered:	Normally summer only, £77.00 per week, plus one payment of £30.00 for bedding pack. Short-term contracts may be available at other times of the year.

From Manchester Airport £55.00 one way. From Heathrow Airport £150.00 one way.

Social Programme

October - June: One weekly event offered free or on pay-as-you-go basis. Example activities: ice-skating, bowling etc. Summer programmes: Frequent late afternoon/evening events of which some are free and others on a pay-as-you-go basis. Example activities: barbecue, international evening, swimming etc. Free weekly excursion (Saturdays). Weekend excursions to various UK locations (unaccompanied) can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis throughout the year.
