Newcastle College is the largest FE College in the UK, with 44,000 students. It is also the top performing College in 2004 according to the OFSTED government inspection report. We have extensive facilities on three campus and are closely linked to the University of Newcastle and Northumbria University. We have recently invested over 35 million pounds on new buildings. In 2005 our English Department was awarded a national award "Beacon Award" for outstanding quality. We are only 3 hours from London and have an international airport that links with all major airports in Europe.
